Private clients enjoy training in their homes or at their club of choice. Customers may or may not have weights, functional training aids, swiss balls, bosu ball, dumbbells or larger equipment for cardio. It is not necessary to have any of these, as some will be provided. Training includes the Hyper-Fitness System as described in the "About" page on this site. Feel free to peruse this area for more information on how it works. All training includes resistance training, cardiovascular training and nutritional counseling. Any worthwhile exercise program must include nutritional information to achieve success.
